Cards After Dark – Vendor Terms & Conditions Event Rules & Expectations By registering for any Cards After Dark event, all vendors agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules are in place to help create a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for vendors, guests, and staff. 1. Vendor Registration & Payment Vendor spaces are only secured once payment has been received in full. Table fees are non-refundable unless an event is canceled by Cards After Dark. Vendor spots may not be transferred or resold without approval from event organizers. Vendors must provide accurate contact information during registration. 2. Setup & Load-In Vendors must arrive during designated load-in times. Late arrivals may lose their reserved space without refund. Vendors are responsible for unloading and setting up their own inventory and displays. Aisles, exits, ramps, and walkways must remain clear at all times for safety purposes. 3. Vendor Conduct Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward guests, staff, and other vendors. Harassment, aggressive behavior, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. Excessive profanity, intoxication, or illegal activity may result in immediate removal from the event without refund. Cards After Dark reserves the right to remove any vendor deemed harmful to the event environment. 4. Products & Sales Vendors are responsible for the authenticity and legality of all items sold. Counterfeit, stolen, or illegal merchandise is strictly prohibited. Vendors must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding sales and taxes. Cards After Dark is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers. 5. Table Space & Cleanup Vendors must remain within their assigned table or booth space. Shared spaces or expanded setups must be approved in advance. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area before leaving the venue. Trash, boxes, and display materials may not be left behind. 6. Liability Vendors participate at their own risk. Cards After Dark, event staff, sponsors, and venue owners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, equipment, or personal belongings. Vendors assume responsibility for any damage caused by themselves, their employees, or guests. 7. Event Changes Event dates, times, layouts, or venues may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Cards After Dark reserves the right to make adjustments when necessary to ensure event safety and operations. 8. Photography & Promotion By attending the event, vendors grant Cards After Dark permission to use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. Vendors may promote their participation online but may not represent themselves as official event organizers unless authorized. 9. Door Prizes & Giveaways Giveaways and door prizes are available only to eligible attendees present at the event unless otherwise stated. Cards After Dark reserves the right to modify giveaway rules at any time. 10. Agreement By registering for or attending a Cards After Dark event, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Cards After Dark
